Terms and Conditions — bajii666 Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the user," "player" or "account holder") and bajii666 ("the platform," "we" or "us"). By accessing bajii666.win, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the bajii666 platform — sports betting, Cricket and PSL markets, slot games, fish games, deposit and withdrawal services, bonus offers and all related features. They apply regardless of which device you use to access the platform — mobile browser, tablet or desktop.

2. Eligibility

• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep it updated if anything changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Verification: bajii666 may request verification of your identity, age or payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Account transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your bajii666 account to any other person.

4. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on bajii666 — including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports — is governed by the following rules:

4.1 Placing Bets

Bets are accepted through the bajii666 platform only. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from the platform. Bets placed during technical errors or system outages may be voided at bajii666's discretion. It is your responsibility to check that a bet has been correctly recorded before a match begins.

4.2 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bajii666 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, duplicate bets placed due to a technical fault, or events that are abandoned or postponed beyond the platform's standard void rules.

4.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting on Cricket, PSL matches and Football games is available on bajii666. Live odds update in real time. bajii666 may suspend live markets at any time — for example, during a Cricket drinks break, after a wicket falls or while a Football goal is reviewed. Bets submitted during a market suspension may be rejected or voided.

4.4 Void Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance in PKR. Partial event completion — for example, a rain-affected Cricket match — is handled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.

4.5 Maximum Winnings

bajii666 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event or per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market. Winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated return.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bajii666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bajii666 account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of the platform. bajii666 does not charge a deposit fee, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside bajii666's control.

bajii666 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be reversed. If a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned and the account may be suspended pending review.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bajii666 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. The remaining balance, if any, may be reclaimed by contacting bajii666 support.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bajii666 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, expiry periods and eligible games or markets are specified in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any indication of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or coordinated wagering to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• bajii666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, the bonus will be removed from your account.
• Free bets do not include the stake in returns. If a free bet wins, only the net winnings (returns minus stake value) are credited to your balance.

7. Slot Games and Fish Games

bajii666 offers a catalogue of slot games and fish games accessible within the platform. The following terms apply to game play:

• All games on bajii666 use PKR stakes and pay winnings directly to your PKR account balance.
• Game outcomes in slots are determined by random number generation. bajii666 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) parameters of each title.
• Fish games involve an element of player skill — aim accuracy and shooting speed affect outcomes. However, no game result is guaranteed and playing involves financial risk.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per game spin or round are displayed within each game. It is your responsibility to review these before playing.
• Technical faults during game play will be investigated by bajii666. If a fault affects the integrity of a game round, that round may be voided and the stake returned. Partial game rounds that cannot be completed due to a technical error will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajii666. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of account balance:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account to bypass limits, claim multiple bonuses or otherwise circumvent platform rules.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any non-human means to place bets, access games or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit betting markets, game outcomes or bonus structures in a way that creates an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits. Initiating chargebacks for funds already wagered.
• Money laundering: Using bajii666 for the purpose of laundering funds. bajii666 takes this seriously and will act on any suspicious financial activity.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age or contact information. Impersonating another person.
• Market manipulation: Any attempt to influence sporting event outcomes or exploit insider knowledge in a way that constitutes match-fixing or corrupt activity.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your bajii666 account. Please follow these practices to keep your account safe:

• Use a strong, unique password for your bajii666 account — one that you do not use for any other service.
• Do not share your password, PIN or account credentials with anyone else, including family members.
• Log out of bajii666 after each session when using a shared or public device.
• bajii666 will never contact you to ask for your password, full card details or JazzCash/Easypaisa PIN by email, phone or live chat. Any such request is not from bajii666.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bajii666 support immediately.

bajii666 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

13. Termination and Account Closure

bajii666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity is identified.
• Verification documents are not provided within the required timeframe.
• A player has self-excluded and attempts to re-register.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons — such as a player's own request — the remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after verification.

You may close your bajii666 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and your remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal.

14. Changes to These Terms

bajii666 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. For significant changes, bajii666 may also notify registered players via the email address on their account.

Your continued use of the bajii666 platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
